Idle Hands (1999)
Anton would like very much to go about his daily routine of smoking weed, watching TV, and lusting after the girl across the street. The only thing stopping him is his demon-possessed right hand which seems determined to kill anyone it encounters. After dropping his parents and his best friends, the hand sets its sights on Molly, the girl of Anton's affection. Luckily for him, Pnub and Mick (Seth) are back from below ground to help the problem get solved. Seth's role is fairly prominent. Also with Devon Sawa, Jessica Alba, and Eldin Ratliff.

Can't Hardly Wait (1998) Aspiring writer Preston (Ethan Embry) has been in love with class knock-out Amanda (Jennifer Love Hewitt) since freshman year. Preston's shy confidante Denise (Lauren Ambrose) winces when Preston decides to make his move now that Amanda has just been dumped by super-jock boyfriend. Denise stumbles into an unlikely situation and hooks up with ex-childhood friend turned "homeboy" Kenny Fisher (Seth). All this and more as these teenagers search for their next move while making a statement about their future and their past. Seth is hilarious, and his character is nothing like Oz. Also features Amber Benson and a whopping seven actors who've guest-starred on Buffy (screen caps here).

Ticks (1993)

Mark is an intelligent but shy teenager who has just moved to Arizona from the East Coast. His parents give him a short-wave radio so he can talk to his pals, but instead he sets up shop as pirate deejay Hard Harry, who becomes a hero to his peers while inspiring the wrath of the local high school principal. When one of Harry's listeners commits suicide and Harry-inspired chaos breaks out at the school, the authorities are called in to put a stop to Harry's broadcasts.
