Thank you for your interest in designing a graphic for BuffyGuide.com!

We're open to any good ideas, and we encourage you to be creative in your design. We do have a few guidelines, though:

• The following sizes are welcome: banner - 468 x 60; button - 100 x 35 or 88 x 31; square - 125 x 125; half-banner - 234 x 60.

• The name of our site should be shown as BuffyGuide.com, and should be rather prominent. Including the URL (www.buffyguide.com) is encouraged, and including a subtitle of "The Complete Buffy Episode Guide" (less prominently than "BuffyGuide.com") is encouraged for banners (it would probably be too crowded to include it on smaller graphics).

• Colors are up to you, although if you can design something that looks good on both dark and light sites, that's great.

• Banners (468x60) can be either animated or static. Smaller graphics should probably be static, but if you have a great idea for an animation, feel free.

• Graphics should be either GIF (.gif) or JPEG (.jpg) format, depending on which looks best while still yielding a reasonable file size. If you can also send a PING version (.png), in addition to the GIF or JPEG, that would be great.

• The file size of banners should be no larger than 12K. Smaller graphics should generally be no larger than 8K.

• Feel free to submit as many graphics as you like.

• When you're done, please send the graphics as attachments to at submissions@buffyguide.com .
