The song is called "Prayer Of St. Francis," by singer Sarah McLachlan. (You can find lyrics here or here.) The song is included on the Radio Sunnydale soundtrack. It originally appeared on the bonus disc included with the limited edition double-CD release of Surfacing in 1997, and thus it's not that easy to find (it's not included on the standard single-CD edition of Surfacing).
