I don't know - I'm bored, and not really wanting to go out an look at this person's printer. Mainly because it is a deskjet, and if it is broke, all I can do is tell her it is broke. The hospital isn't buying new printers right now, and these type are really more expensive to fix - the prinnter is about $120, to fix it (parts alone), - $300. No joke.

Anyway, that's how my day is going.
