So I'm assuming a "sarnie" is a sammich.
What's the brown sauce?
What's a rasher?
I love me some breakfast sammiches, I like the typical bacon and eggs you get at burger joints in L.A., with the season salt and lettuce and tomato and a bit of mayo. Oh and I always ask for cheese.
Although the best breakfast I had in a while was the Eggs Benedict I had at Mimi's this past Saturday.

Sarnie = Sandwich.
Rasher = unit, or "strip" of bacon.
A bacon sandwich with cheese in LA sounds AWESOME.

Brown sauce is a peculiarly British phenomenon, a spicy sauce that can be used in most situations where ketchup can be used.
It has a picture of the Houses of Parliament on it. Bless.
