The Greatest Canadian Contribution Ever!
The Greatest Canadian Contribution Ever!
I loved this as a wee bairn (small child) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JLVe1NkQA78. But if 20 year old pop culture references are getting tiresome, let me know.

Why that made me think of this show, I'm not sure but I do know mine is much older than yours.

Son, I remember that show! 80's music rocks almost as much synchronized raccoon dancing!Jonathan wrote:I loved this as a wee bairn (small child) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JLVe1NkQA78. But if 20 year old pop culture references are getting tiresome, let me know.
Cedric, bless.

Music from the 70's SUCKS (although it's catchy.) And where are the raccoons? Not even a pink aardvark to be seen! Disappointing.starshine wrote:Why that made me think of this show, I'm not sure but I do know mine is much older than yours.

Well, I didn't exactly watch it for the music. I was 12 or 13 and had a major crush on Doc. I think I was reminded of the show because Doomsday "talked" to animals and I seem to remember there being a raccoon on one of the episodes. I guess that "childhood" + "raccoon" = "Kids from C.A.P.E.R." for me. [shrug]

"That is until Bert Raccoon woke up!"
Remember Kissyfur? (Who thought up that name?)
Re: The Greatest Canadian Contribution Ever!
Cyril Sneer was the bomb! Although a racoon being in charge of a large, unscrupulous organisation is a bit unrealistic....he didnt even siphon off pension funds and invest in shady real estate deals.

Except that he wasn't a raccoon, he was an aardvark.Jonathan wrote:Cyril Sneer was the bomb! Although a racoon being in charge of a large, unscrupulous organisation is a bit unrealistic....he didnt even siphon off pension funds and invest in shady real estate deals.
