Runaways

A temporary board while I'm working out issues with the real WD.

The posts made here will not appear on the real WD when it re-opens.

Please note that I won't be providing any technical support for this board, as I would prefer to focus my attention on fixing the other board. So, if you're confused by anything, just try to figure things out, search the phpBB forums, ask other users for help, or just bear with it.

Runaways

Post by Ghost »

Has anyone read the Runaways comic book? I just heard of it. It's written by JH.

If you've read it, how is it?

Also, is the second half of S8 released as a graphic novel yet?

I like it a lot. I found Runaways a couple years ago when I was reading Y the Last Man (also Brian K. Vaughan). I believe the first volume was all that the story was supposed to be, but it was so good (and popular) that it got picked up for more. I think Joss is the current writer and he has done a very good job staying true to the characters and story as Vaughan started it. I would generally recommend reading it.

Runaways is fracking awesome. And Jo Chen has done a lot of artwork for it which makes me insanely happy.

I definitely recommend it. [2enthusiasticthumbsup]

That's all I got.

EDITED TO ADD: Vol. 2: No Future For You is indeed out. With another AMAZING cover by the crazy talented Jo Chen.

You can now also now pre-order Vol. 3: Wolves At The Gate. MORE JO CHEN AWESOMENESS!

Did I happen to mention that I love Jo Chen?
