A while back, we co-sponsored a contest with TVT Records which required the entrants to make up song lyrics to a Buffy theme song. The following were the winning lyrics, as well as a few other enjoyable ones.

A valley girl with style who thought that Pike was scruffy.
Then one day she was chewing on some gum.
And this old dude tells her that she the "Chosen One".
Slayer that is.
Fighting skills... fashion sense.
Well the first thing you know she burns her old school down.
Her mother decides that they have to leave this town.
Things are lookin' bad and they know it's time to bail.
So they pack up their things and they move to Sunnydale.
Hellmouth that is.
Demon hordes... high school.
